Our little story

Started by Jeremy Mcwilliams, age 11 in 2002, as a way to earn some spending money on the farm,He originally started by raising pasture raised turkeys for friends and family. Eventually, with the help of dad, Jeremy was able to sell some turkeys to a couple restaurants in Chicago including Rick Bayless's Frontera Grill.

As he talked to chefs to see some of their needs, they started asking for Free range farm fresh eggs. That's when we made the transition from turkey to eggs.

As the business grew, the whole family started getting involved.

‚ÄčToday, we provide our eggs to many top restaurants in Chicago land including Monte Verde, Old Town Social, Little Goat diner, Au Cheval, and more.

We've also started a retail line and are in grocery stores through out IL. Contact us to see if we are in a store near you!
