About Us


Our little story

It began in 2002 when 11-year-old Jeremy Mcwilliams sought a way to earn some spending money on the farm. He started by raising pasture-raised turkeys for friends and family. Eventually, with the help of his father, Jeremy was able to sell some turkeys to a couple of restaurants in Chicago including Rick Bayless's Frontera Grill.

As our relationships with these restaurants grew, we were asked if we could provide free-range farm fresh eggs. That’s when our farm transitioned from turkey products to eggs.

As the business grew, the whole family joined the team. Today our farm is run by many of our family members taking on different roles within the business. From grandparents and brothers, to sisters-in-law and cousins, we all put in a hard day’s work to get the job done.

Today, we provide our eggs to amazing restaurants in Chicagoland including Monteverde, Little Goat Diner, Old Town Social, Au Cheval, Cafe Ba Ba Reeba, and more.
